Why should I hire a wedding planner?
Planning a wedding can be stressful, and for the most part you don’t know where to even start! Most are confused on where to begin, how much everything should cost, and how to choose vendors that are the best fit for you. Planning a wedding goes beyond choosing colors, flowers, bridal party attire and menu. There are many logistical aspects such as the day of timeline, where the cake table should be placed, what time everyone should arrive, parking situations, and ensuring reputable vendors. My venue has a coordinator; do I still need a wedding planner or day of coordinator?
We speak to a lot of brides who find themselves confused about the role of their Venue Coordinator versus their Wedding Planner or Day of Coordinator. Simply put, the Venue Coordinator works for the venue, whereas we work for you. We will always have your best interest at heart. As professional Wedding Coordinators, our services supplement the services offered by your Venue Manager, Catering Manager & Staff, and other vendors. We work really well with others!

A planner can save you time, energy, stress—and even money. The fee that a planner charges can be expensive, but the advice that you get can help you save.

We cater to all religions.
What wedding planning services do you offer?
Month-of-Coordination, Full Service Planning, Event Design & Styling, and other a la carte services.
Do you charge for an initial consultation?
No. Our initial consultation is complimentary. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit for one another. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable trusting us to tend to the details of your big day!
Will I lose control of my own wedding after hiring a Coordinator?
Definitely not! Your wedding is YOUR event, not ours. We are there to help and guide you through the planning process, not take over. We will give you as much or as little help as you want.
Do you charge a flat rate for your services or a percentage based on budget?
We charge a flat rate for our services. It is our belief that you shouldn't have to pay more for our services simply because you have a larger budget.
How much communication will we have?
There is no limit on email or phone communication. You can email, call or text as often as you need. It is our policy to respond to all messages within 24 business hours. Our goal is to ensure you are always in the loop of all thing related to your wedding day.
Will you be at my wedding?
Of course! Your coordinator will be the person you see most on your day. We will have a team of assistants, but your coordinator will be the go to person overseeing the details from beginning to end- from the very first vendor, to the very last votive that is put away!
How will you and your staff be dressed for my event?
All MTL associates will dress in professional & dressy black attire, unless asked otherwise (i.e. themed weddings, black tie affair)
Will you eat, drink & dance during the reception? How comfortable will you make yourself?
Since weddings tend to be at least a 12-hour day, vendor meals during your reception are much appreciated. However, we are there to do a job, therefore we will absolutely not be drinking any alcohol nor will we join your guests on the dance floor no matter how much we love that song! But we will have a slice of cake, because what’s a party without cake!?
What do you do during the reception when you're done coordinating our ceremony, dances, cake cutting, ect?
Once our logistical duties are fulfilled we then act as an extension of staff to the remaining vendors. We continue to watch the clock to ensure that you are aware of the next event. Maybe it's the bouquet toss, cake cutting, or last call is 5 minutes away so we'd like to offer you another drink, or ask if there are any additional songs you'd like played before the last dance is announced. Ultimately, our work is never "done".
How soon should I secure your services?
Since we only take on a limited number of events each month, our schedule fills up fast. We recommend anywhere from 8-12 months in advance.
